Description:

Brightside Academy provides early education and care to children 6-weeks- to 12-years-old. Our employees are our greatest asset. We operate 15 schools located in the NY area (Brooklyn and Bronx). We are looking to hire fun, passionate, and reliable staff. Our employees enjoy competitive pay and great benefits! We are seeking to hire Infant/Toddler Lead Teachers, Preschool Lead Teachers, Teacher Assistants and teacher aids.

Responsibilities:

Operate program within the guidelines of DOH Article 47 and Brightside Academy policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain a healthy, safe and fun learning /working environment.
Manage and supervise teaching staff.
Recruit and engage families

Qualifications:

M.S. in Early Childhood Education, or a related field such as but not limited to Child Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or Elementary Education.
NYS Teaching Certification
CPAC is preferred but not required.
