Description:

Family Centers’ Early Care and Education program seeks highly qualified, passionate, professional early educators to join our early childhood education team.  Preschool teachers are responsible for monitoring and assessing the educational and social development of each child, planning and implementing lesson plans, and providing effective and supportive classroom management.

Our programs provide full-day/full-year care and offer the highest quality education and development opportunities for young children ages six weeks to five years at four sites in Greenwich, CT.  Each school is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) which is widely recognized as a distinction of the highest quality early care and education programs.

We accept each young child as a unique and valuable individual and group member, honoring and respecting family language and cultures.  Our curriculum, goals and objectives guide our staff's ongoing assessment of children's progress, while facilitating each child's individual growth and language acquisition and cognitive, social-emotional, physical and creative domains.
